Since 1989 we have had a focus on quality home building with cost controls. We solicit prices from carefully selected subcontractors and suppliers on each item involved in your building or project. The price is then analyzed to see if it is “in line” with our expectations. In short, we properly manage the prices we receive with the intention of providing the most product at the most reasonable cost.  We treat every house as if it were ours.

As your builder and project manager we review your actual labor costs weekly in order to keep the expenses at or below budget. We are focused on bringing in your project on-time, on (or below) budget, safely. Our reputation and our management tools allows us to be very competitive in pricing our projects with the benefit of lower cost, faster move-in accruing for you.
